Friendly Guy Insurance Responds To Clients Requests



If you’ve been following us for a while, you know that we have run into Insurance Agent James Freeman from time to time. It’s been a while since we saw or spoke with him but we ran into him over the weekend at Rustico Ristorante & Pizzeria.

It turns out James was picking up a bunch of food for his daughter’s Confirmation dinner. We chatted in the parking lot for just a few minutes and we were able to ask him how business was doing. James said that business has been fantastic as consumers are at home more and are trying to figure out ways to save money. He said the phones are going crazy with new clients calling for insurance quotes.

We asked if the customer terrain has changed in the insurance world. Freeman said “with today’s technology and data at the consumers fingertips, the consumer is smarter than ever today”. James said he is doing everything he can do to completely delight his clients buying experience.

One of the most recent things James has implemented, is an online service center on his company’s website. “more and more clients are asking for online service options so we gave it to them” Freeman said. We now have a service center portal where clients can now go to our site and request things like policy reviews, request proof of insurance, or even request a free consultation for new clients. As we were driving off we both had our windows down and James’ last words were “The consumer’s buying trends are constantly changing, if you don’t change with them you’ll get lost in the shuffle”.
