KUSI Weatherman John Coleman Dies At 83

San Diego CA- KUSI weatherman, John Coleman has passed away at age 83.  His Wife Linda Coleman reported John passed away Saturday 1/19/2017, at their home in Las Vegas.  John was most known for being the funniest meteorologist at KUSI. He was known for saying KUUUUUSI.  John was also the founder of the Weather Channel.

Coleman was born in Alpine, Texas in 1934.

Coleman went on to work in places like Chicago, Milwaukee, Omaha, New York and eventually San Diego.

The meteorologist joined the KUSI news team in 1994, becoming the first weatherman on its newly created morning show.

Coleman retired in 2014 after 20 years at KUSI and nearly 61 in the new business.
