[dropcap]B[/dropcap]ack in September of 2017, we wrote a story about Raising Canes Chicken Fingers coming to Riverside. So they did and now sources tell us that the Baton Rouge based Chicken company is looking at the former Temecula Home Town Buffet location.
The commission meeting is set for tonight at 6 p.m. in the Civic Center’s council chambers. If approved, the city will grant a conditional use permit and development plan for the project.
Although Home Town Buffet closed, this 8452 Square Foot building still seems to be desirable. The location is right across the street from the Mall, and is located in a highly trafficked area, with traffic counts around 32,000 daily.
The Raising Canes concept is simple and unique… they only have ONE LOVE – quality chicken finger meals! What makes this establishment interesting, is that Founder Todd Graves got the worst grade on his business plan for a college class. The professor said a chicken finger restaurant would never work. The banks said the same. Look at him now! At Raising Cane’s® you get an exceptionally high quality product served quickly and conveniently. The specialized systems developed by Raising Cane’s® allows them to maintain a level of quality unmatched in the industry. Chick them out!
