TEMECULA:
A 54-year-old woman suspected of robbing a bank in Temecula was behind bars after her arrest at the end of a high-speed chase, according to a press release.
Linda Marie Gothan of Wildomar is suspected of walking into the U.S. Bank branch on the block of Ynez Road.
A teller received a note demanding for money, the suspect then fled on foot with an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.
Reports say the suspect was able to jump into an awaiting vehicle driven by a male, which authorities later caught up with and a vehicle pursuit commenced, the suspect’s vehicle is said to have rolled over on La Paz, during the pursuit .
A male subject crawled out and is currently at a hospital for minor injuries, while authorities are investigating as to whether or not the male suspect had a role in the incident.
