Temecula: Victim Of Fatal Stabbing Identified
The Riverside County Sheriffs are still investigating after a man was fatally stabbed.
According to sources the stabbing took place outside on the Walmart parking lot located in Temecula Off 79 S. around 12:15pm on 11/29, sources say several witnesses saw what occurred.
The victim is identified as 19-year old Kevin Rodriguez of Temecula.
A source says Rodriguez was in his girlfriends arms after the stabbing occurred.
A 40-year-old male resident of Temecula was later arrested for the stabbing.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to help pay for funeral costs.
Rodriguez is remembered for his pursuit and passion of film and loved going to church

In states that defendants should receive fines, a prison sentence of not more than ten years or both. Californias manslaughter law, on the other hand, gets a little more specific and states that anyone found guilty of manslaughter should receive a prison sentence of 3, 6 or 11 years.
